Thank you for shopping at Pearl's Bath and Body LLC. We take pride in our handmade bath and body products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

Due to the nature of our handmade bath and body products and for health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items. We can only accept returns for unopened products in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Refunds

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item. We will gladly provide a full refund or replacement.

For eligible returns of unopened products, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange unopened products for a different item of equal value. Please contact us to arrange an exchange.
